What will you have to pay for our services?
Our services to you are free, however other fees may apply. During our first meeting we will complete a broker contract so that we can help you take the most appropriate steps to your loan.
What do we do for our clients?
We will search the mortgage market to find you the most competitive deal, one that matches your needs and circumstances. We'll remove the complex matters and give you straight forward advice with a totally independent view. Upon signing the application form, we will trace and track the application until settlement.

Our offices are open from 8.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday. We're also available for appointments on Saturdays. Even if you can't make those times we'll work around you.

Gerard Hansen - Principal
With a strong business background and a career in finance extending back to 1980, Gerard Hansen has a clear understanding of how the lending sector works.
Having been employed by a number of well known financial institutions over the past 20 years, Gerard has had extensive experience in most aspects of lending.
As principal of Auspak North, Gerard prides himself on his provision of professional services. Gerard believes it is essential that his clients feel completely at ease with their decisions and takes the time to explain each step of the loan process.
Gerard adopts a personal approach to the mortgage broking business. "One of the most satisfying parts of my role is helping clients to find a way to structure their loan that really improves their financial position. Every person's situation is different, which means that there are different ways to approach each loan to get the best result for them."
Gerard finds that the majority of his business comes from customer referrals. "This makes me feel that I am definitely doing the right thing by my clients." |

Richard Harris - Finance Manager
Richard Harris joined Auspak North in 2005. While new to the industry, Richard has 20 years experience in senior management in the corporate world.
Richard knows the importance of understanding his client's needs. "I know that a mortgage is often my client's biggest purchase. They need a broker who is understanding, honest, reliable and thorough in submitting the loan."
The majority of Richard's clients are referred to him by satisfied customers. "I am proud to say that the majority of my business comes from personal referrals. It is always great to know that your clients feel you did a great job and entrust their family and friends to your care. I consider it the greatest compliment." |

Sam Harris - Finance Manager
Sam Harris was introduced to Auspak North through our sponsorship of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.
Sam, now a dedicated Super 14 Warratah player, was interested in the home loan industry and viewed this as a great profession to pursue after his professional sports career. Gerard Hansen initially provided a mentoring role in the home loans business for Sam, and as of 2005 Sam is now an accredited mortgage broker.
